  Mutiple large grave digging machinery perpetually sits at graves and large piles of dirt are permanent fixtures by the same graves and it's extremely upsetting and has been this way for more than 20 years. In spite of complaints from grieving families nothing is done. It has actually gotten worse. It's a disgrace. It needs to be removed. Why can't it be placed away from graves and hidden from view by an opaque fence? Why must it be kept there? Why?
